Ramen#5: kagoshima

Category: food, travel, japan

The last being the ramen from Kagoshima. Sadly, I did not have opportunity (or rather tummy space) try the one from Tokyo, Miyazaki & another from Hakata.

Pickled daikon were served as appetizer.

The first thing i noticed it’s the roasted slices of pork. It was given cooked & then given a final grilling, gives a nice smoky BBQ aroma & flavor. Garlicky Milky white pork broth was with deliciously robust taste! As usual, Egg was tender with runny center.

Noodles were springy & goes well with the broth.

Now choosing my preferred choice ramen to vote isn’t going to be easy. As all are unique in style & flavors and suits nicely to different temperament of mine. Yes, the mood affects my choice of food and at this very moment, I feeling tired & a little cold. So I think I love to have a bowl of garlicky, BBQ ramen from kagoshima pleaseeee ….
