Ramen#4: kyoto

Continuing with yet another yummy ramen, this time from Shinpuku of Kyoto.
Broth is based on Pork & Chicken bones with heavier dark soy sauce. Very nice aroma & sweetness from the rich broth without all the oiliness. Springy sweet Pork slices were served with plenty of spring onions.
Noodles were thicker as well which gives much body to the bowl of ramen. This got to be my favourite, although at this juncture, it’s still pretty undecided as the ramen I tasted seems to get better & better.
