When I saw Pork knuckles on their menu, I order without hesitation kekeke
The design & layout of kitchen looks pretty much standardized for all ramen outlets
The pork knuckles arrived first. While it was nicely braised & tender, it’s simply to small, too bony & too little succulent fats.
The ramen arrived comes with plenty of spring onions & crunchy veggies. The noodles were thinner type.
Pork broth were a bit murky & oily but that where the real taste are!
The best part got to be the thick slice of Pork Belly. Oh-la-la, look at these, love at first bite!
